Please run your Reolink PC client as administrator.Make sure you assign different media port number for each camera (the default is 9000). Using IP/DDNS option will allow you to connect directly to your router, to the cameras. Using UID will route the connection to Reolink servers and there is the issue. Please follow the below steps to fix this issue. I solved the freezing issue by disabling UID and connecting via IP address using DDNS. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.
